has 17 years experience in visual communication. He began his career at a commercial printing company while working his way through art school. His work drew the attention of a specialized airline industry publishing client, O'Sullivan Communications, where Gene went on to art direct some of the most world’s most respected in-flight magazines including those for American Airlines, Delta, Continental, British Airways, Lufthansa and Air France. Extending his graphic skills to the interactive world, Gene designed a breakthrough digital publishing website that allowed clients to upload and edit content that decreased logistical costs and time to market producing multiple global editions of each magazine. While a senior art director at Viewpoint, Timmons pioneered the use of leading edge 3D rich media software to create interactive content for Nike, Sony, Ford, Boeing and AOL. In 2006, Mr. Timmons was selected by the Online Publishing Association to create and produce an award winning interactive exhibit at the New York Public Library showcasing the history and future of advertising titled "Opt-In to Advertising's New Age". For the past 5 years Mr. Timmons has worked with iBoard's parent company MC Squared as Chief Creative Officer. Mr. Timmons holds a BFA from the prestigious Cooper Union School of Art in New York.
